Provides direct funding grants to transgender individuals to help them update their legal documentation to match their identity. Funds may be used for court fees, transportation and other directly related expenses. Clients work with a system advocate to help navigate any difficulties in obtaining documentation. Funding is available for:

Legal Name Change Fees
Passport Applications
Driver's Licenses and State ID Cards
Immigration Documents.

At this time funding is not available for Birth Certificate applications. Also offers one year of hormone replacement therapy 100% covered, or 2 years of hormone replacement therapy 50% covered through vouchers.

Provides a nationwide, 24-hour crisis intervention and suicide prevention helpline for trans people who are experiencing a crisis. This includes those who may be struggling or questioning their gender identity. Offers emotional support as well as information and referral. Hotline is staffed exclusively by trans identified volunteers. Provides microgrants for trans people to help update their legal documentation.
