Group Facilitation offered at Dispute Resolution Center of King County

Eligibility
People who work or reside in King County.   Does not handle problems involving:  
  • Violence or sexual abuse
  • Drugs, alcohol, or criminal matters in which charges have been filed
Also does not handle disputes in which one of the parties chooses not to participate, or problems which cannot be settled by negotiation.
Hours
Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. Staff works remotely and will typically reply to inquiries within two business days when email, phone message or webform request is made.

Provides low-cost mediation and conflict resolution services to individuals, businesses and families in King County for a wide variety of issues such as neighborhood problems, landlord-tenant issues, personal property, foreclosure, business consumer problems and employer/employee grievances. Offers mediation before hearings at small-claims court. Services available remote by phone, Zoom or Teams meetings.
