Eligibility
Must have a legal issue in Clark County and be able to attend an in-person appointment. Income limitations may apply to some programs. Most programs require that the client be at or below 200% FPL.

Advice clinics offer one-on-one appointments with a volunteer attorney for civil law matters only. Topics include civil protection order (domestic violence, sexual assault) assistance, family law (custody, visitation, divorce, minor guardianship), immigration law, adult guardianship, record vacating and LFO assistance, and employment law. No walk-in appointments; all are scheduled after an intake with staff. Self-help materials and forms are also available.
