Family Caregiver Support Program offered by Frontier Behavioral Health

Eligibility
An unpaid caregiver who is caring for someone age 55 or older. Additional support may be available if the person receiving care is enrolled in WA Apple Health (Medicaid) and needs help with activities such as bathing, walking, and taking medications.
