Residents of the city of Seattle, as well as most of King County.
Must have a library card to borrow materials; library card not needed for telephone or on-site assistance.
Most King County residents are eligible to have library cards for the Seattle Public Library; contact Borrower Services for more information.

Fees
No fees to borrow a book.
You will no longer be charged a daily fine for overdue items. As always, digital materials are checked in automatically with no late fines.
If you owe $25 or more for 30 days, we will charge you a non-refundable $10 fee and refer your account to an outside agency for recovery.
