Pasado's Safe Haven Sanctuary is closed to the public except during public events. You must either have an appointment or be registered for an event in order to receive the address and driving instructions.

Provides free or low cost spay/neuter services to the pets of the income qualified. Three programs in three counties. Snohomish, King and Pierce. You do not need to be a resident of those counties.

Provides rescue and rehabilitation for dogs, cats, and farmed animals that are victims of animal cruelty. Pasado's Safe Haven also provides free sterilization services in three counties, to the pets of low-income persons.
