Eligibility
Applicants must be in treatment for breast cancer diagnosed in the past 24 months or living with metastatic breast cancer. Must also have a current annual household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) and not have received an award from this program in the past 12 months.

Provides financial assistance for individuals currently undergoing breast cancer treatment or living with metastatic breast cancer. Awards may be used for treatment-related expenses, such as housing, utilities, transportation, child and elder care, food, side effect management medication, oral treatment medication, durable medical equipment, lymphedema care and supplies, palliative care, and home health care.
