Eligibility
-Youth who live in Seattle and attend a Seattle Public High School Youth who identify as Chinese or Southeast Asian Youth age 14 - 21 Youth who qualify as low income according to City of Seattle HUD guidelines For more information about eligibility, please call or email.

An after-school program supporting high school students in Seattle Public Schools to build leadership, career readiness, and essential life skills. Through interactive workshops, students develop communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and goal-setting skills. The program also provides internship opportunities that offer hands-on experience and exposure to different career pathways. Participants explore their interests, build confidence, and strengthen their sense of identity. In addition, youth engage in community-based projects that promote civic responsibility and cultural awareness. With guidance from mentors and staff, students are supported in reaching their personal, academic, and career goals.
