Court Services offered at Enumclaw Municipal Court

Operates with limited jurisdiction and hears cases related to various violations, including but not limited to criminal misdemeanors and gross misdemeanors such as domestic violence offenses, assault, theft, drug offenses, and more. It also addresses criminal traffic cases, traffic infractions, and parking violations occurring within the city of Enumclaw. However, the court does not handle small claims or civil cases, as well as protection or restraining orders. Additionally, the judge is authorized to perform marriage ceremonies.
