Centers in Yakima County: Harman Senior Center (open M-W), Henry Beauchamp Community Center, Union Gap Senior Center, Selah Civic Center, Sunnyside Senior Center, Grandview Senior Center, and Washington Fruit Community Center and the The Salvation Army (open M, Th, F).

Offers an ethnically specific congregate meal program, additional activities and support services available.

Provides free home delivered meals and congregate meals in a group setting to older adults 60 years of age and older.

Coordinates events, leisure activities, foot care and blood pressure checks, a fitness program, a lunch program, trips and tours.

Offers nutritious and locally sourced meals familiar to Asian American and Pacific Islanders. Sponsors culturally-rooted physical activities such as Yoga, Vietnamese Stick Exercises, EnhanceFitness, Matter of Balance and Qi-gong. Health and wellness program like acupuncture sessions. Celebrate cultural events and coordinates cultural senior lunch programs in other locations.

Sponsored by Seattle/King County Nutrition Project of Sound Generations.  Pet Food Delivered 2nd M, pick up by end of that week Service is sponsored through the Humane Society of Bellevue. Meals on Wheels available, delivered every other week and recipients can order up to 2 meals per person per day in the household.

Congregate ethnic meal program provides hot meals and socializing for older adults.

Serves a congregate hot lunch program for seniors five times a week.

Meals are fully prepared on-site, and the lunch menu is approved by a registered dietitian. Reservations are not required except for the once-monthly theme lunches. Menus are available at the Center and at www.camanocenter.org, and the theme lunch dates are shown on the menus. All are welcome! Please be seated by 11:45am.

Offers an ethnically specific congregate meal program that is site and ethnicity specific, additional activities and support services available. Cambodian meals are on Tuesday and Bi-Friday. Vietnamese meals are on Monday and Bi-Friday.

The Senior Nutrition Program consists of both congregate nutrition services to help increase the nutrient intake of older individuals who might not eat adequately, and through better nutrition, assist them to remain healthy and independent in their communities. The client base is senior citizens over 60+, unless a person younger and accompanied by a senior. Hot meals are served from five senior centers five days a week.
