Provides outreach and resource information to youth and young adults ages 16-24. Intake forms are available. Offers Coordinated Entry assessments to homeless individuals ages 13-24 who do not shelter with a parent. Operates Open Space, a drop-in center for youth and young adults ages 12-24.
