No ambulance service is provided. Does not cover prescription pick-up.

Paratransit riders who have been found eligible can request trips one to seven (1-7) days in advance. Expect trips to be shared and take as long as a regular bus ride. Also expect to be picked up a little earlier or later so other rider’s trips can be added to the route. Use Access Paratransit to go anywhere within the same service area and at the same times that the regular public transit and light rail operates. Inter-county trips are available to/from neighboring counties within each county’s service areas.

Provides specialized transportation resource assistance, coordination, and advocacy for residents who need transportation services beyond those listed in the 2-1-1 database. Calls are generally returned within 1 business day.

Provides several modes of transportation to Medicaid eligible medical appointments. This must be a clients last source of transportation. Two full business days' notice is required, and requests can be made up to one month in advance.

The primary goal of this service is to assist eligible clients to covered Medicaid services with vouchers for gasoline or mileage reimbursement if they have their own vehicle. For clients that live near a bus stop, tickets/tokens or passes may be available. If that is not possible, transportation is arranged using contracted providers including volunteer drivers, nonprofit providers, cabulances, and taxi companies. Transportation must be scheduled in advance; local trips require two working days' notice, for long distance trips, five working days' notice is requested. Counties served are: Benton, Chelan, Columbia, Douglas, Franklin, Kittitas, Okanogan, Walla Walla, and Yakima. For gas vouchers or reimbursement of fuel, drivers must provide copies of a valid license, signed vehicle registration, and valid vehicle insurance. These must be valid for date of Medicaid covered doctor appointment.

Public transportation, such as the bus, must be used before other forms of transportation. If the bus cannot be taken for mobility reasons, or if bus service is not available in a client's area, helps with other transportation such as: Gas vouchers; van/taxi (may be grouped with others); group shuttle; ferry fares; intercity bus; wheelchair accessible vehicles; and air fare/water taxi (San Juan County). After-hours transportation assistance Provides rides home from the Emergency Room when the office is closed. Medical staff must contact (360) 733-8294. All other trips must be pre-arranged.

DART does not go door to door. It operates on a fixed schedule, but one that has more flexibility than regular Metro Transit buses. Days and hours of service vary by route. Transportation may be provided to seniors in the White River School District (Buckley, Carbonado, Wilkerson and South Prairie) who wish to visit the center. May provide rides for seniors that live in the White River School District to essential needs and appointments in Buckley.

Dial-A-Ride is a reservation based paratransit service for Jefferson County residents under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Rides can be for medical appointments, grocery shopping, etc.

Provides fixed route bus services for the community within Pullman city limits.

This service is for the general public. It would include passengers who are able to navigate to the bus stop and ride to their destination independently. Also connect Centralia/Chehalis to Kelso and Olympia. Operates a fixed route service to Morton with stops in Salkum, Silver Creek, Mayfield, and Mossyrock. Most routes operate daily, but the routes to Morton and Kelso are only Monday - Friday.
