For those unable to access Gay City’s in-person services, we also offer At-Home Testing throughout King County. Our health advocates are here to support you through your testing experience and to develop safe sexual health plans.

Offers Physical exams and lab tests, pregnancy testing and discussion of your options, a wide variety of birth control methods, Plan B emergency contraception ("Morning After Pill") available, HIV/STD counseling and testing; education and information, and referral to other community resources and services. Responsible for environmental health control, septic system, solid waste management, and food safety. Also provides copies of birth and death certificates. Assists with information and referrals to health care, birth control, STD/HIV/AIDS programs, and immunization clinics.

Communicable disease nurses provide help finding communicable disease testing (Including HIV, STDs, and TB), treatments, and assistance notifying individuals who have been exposed to HIV, STDs and TB about their risk and the need to get tested.

Screens for presence of HIV virus antibody.  Testing is confidential or anonymous.   Notifies the sex/needle sharing partners of those testing positive with HIV and other selected STDs. Offers prevention counseling and ensures the partners' examination and/or treatment.

Provides adult health information and services for individuals ages 20 years and older. Services include blood pressure screenings, influenza immunizations, pregnancy tests, STD/- HIV/AIDS tests, and information and referral services.

Helps and assists HIV+ individuals of color who are newly diagnosed, at-risk or not receiving care, as well as those seeking culturally relevant forms of emotional support and counseling.   Assists clients with referrals to health and social service resources, education, information and weekly support groups.   Brochures on HIV/AIDS are available in Spanish.   Also provides the following services:   -  Reentry support -  HIV testing -  Preventative education -  Recovery support groups   -  Case management
