Provides a virtual mental health program for youth and young adults. The comprehensive treatment includes group, family, and individual therapy, with 9-11 hours of treatment services each week for an average of 6-10 weeks. Specialized tracks include but are not limited to LGBTQ2+, trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance use. Trauma-informed master-level clinicians use evidence-based therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, and EMDR, as well as music, art, dance, movement, and mediation.

Training clinic for doctoral students and Masters students provides low-cost counseling services and psychological assessments. Provides individual therapy sessions for adults, adolescents and children as well as family therapy and group therapy. Offers treatment and support for depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, relationship challenges, and more. Uses evidence-based therapies and other emergent therapeutic modalities. Does not treat active suicidality, psychosis, schizophrenia, substance abuse disorders, or personality disorders.

Provides basic medical care through local medical providers such as Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Doctors and Doctors of Osteopathic Medicine. The Access Center is the single point of entry for any service at Greater Lakes. A trained mental health specialist will be ready to discuss individual needs and assist in scheduling an appointment at any of Greater Lakes' locations. They also determine when crisis services are needed or when referrals to another community agency or resources are more appropriate.

Also offers child and family therapy Counselors work in many Whitman County schools by providing assistance to schools regarding children's emotional problems, and providing conflict resolution and social skills groups, as well as crisis intervention and counseling.

Care Teams help clients with the full range of mental health and substance use disorder issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, substance use disorders, ADHD, schizophrenia, disruptive behavior disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Services may include crisis intervention, psychiatric evaluation, case management, therapy, peer support, medication management, and more.

Provides nine to 15 hours weekly of structured programming and therapeutic support designed specifically for women and adolescent girls facing significant anxiety and depression. Services are rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and include group therapy, individual therapy, family support and medication management. Each patient is individually assessed by DBT trained providers and reviewed by a board certified psychiatrist to determine the appropriate level of care. Clients may also participate in daily yoga, recreational therapy, art therapy, life skills and planning groups, tutoring and vocational support and meals.
