Customer Service also provides bus schedule information over the phone. Everett Station serves as a transportation hub as well as a career development center. In addition, the Everett Station offers residents and visitors a unique look into the history of Everett through its informative and beautiful artwork.

Provides fixed-route service on 44 routes to the cities of Airway Heights, Cheney, Liberty Lake, Medical Lake, Millwood, Spokane and Spokane Valley. These services include connections between downtown Spokane and Spokane International Airport, major shopping malls, area colleges and universities, and Fairchild Air Force Base. Service is offered 365 days a year, with special hours on Saturday and Sundays as well as holidays. Check individual route schedules for specific times.

Assists residents of the Cascade School District and Cashmere with the following services: rent, utility shut-off prevention (water & power only), gas vouchers, bus tokens, or bus passes, and emergency shelter referrals.

Provides assistance for Benton and Franklin County Veterans, their families, and the families of deceased Veterans who meet the eligibility criteria for assistance. Community referrals to partner agencies for housing, case management services, VA claims and other services are given when needed. Services may include: utility assistance, rental/mortgage assistance, application fee/background checks for housing or pre-employment, up to 1 week in a motel for homeless veterans, bus passes, food vouchers, burial expenses (up to $1,000), necessary safety equipment required by employer to gain employment, dental assistance (up to $2,000), and childcare assistance.

People age 65 and older and persons with disabilities may get a Regional Reduced Fare Permit. It is an ID card that allows you to ride the regular fixed-route buses throughout the Puget Sound Region, Sounder and Washington State Ferries at a discounted fare. The permit is REQUIRED on most transit systems in order to pay a reduced fare.

Offers a reduced-fare program for area residents whose household income is at 200% of the Federal Poverty Level or below. The card is valid for rides on the following: -  King County Metro buses, ST Link Light Rail, Everett Transits & Pierce Transit -  Sound Transit trains, buses and light rail -  Seattle street cars -  King County water taxis The reduced fare must be paid with a valid ORCA LIFT card, which is registered and issued to each individual user. It works the same way a regular ORCA card does. -  Use the E-Purse feature and place any amount between $5 and $300 on the ORCA LIFT card. This is a good choice if the card is used occasionally. When the user taps the card on the ORCA reader, the ORCA LIFT fare will be deducted from the E-purse. -  A monthly PugetPass can be loaded on the ORCA LIFT card for unlimited rides for the entire month. This is a good choice for regular riders.   The ORCA LIFT card is valid for up to 24 months. After it expires, the ORCA LIFT card will charge regular adult fares, including any peak and zone charges, for rides. To continue paying the reduced fare, the cardholder will have to requalify for the ORCA LIFT program and get a new card.

A Personal Care Attendant may ride free with a RRFP-PCA card.

A Personal Care Attendant Ride Free RRFP-PCA is also available if certain requirements are met.

Sells ORCA cards, which can be used to pay the fare on buses and trains in the Puget Sound region. The ORCA card works like cash or a pass, automatically tracking the value of different fares and transfers. Between $5 and $300 can be added to the card’s E-purse to pay for trips, or a monthly pass can be purchased for an unlimited number of trips during a month. The E-purse and the electronic monthly pass can be on the same ORCA card, and E-purse can be used to cover any additional fares beyond the monthly pass.

Provides various housing programs for families and individuals living in Asotin County. Offers Coordinated Entry, Homeless Diversion, and Housing and Essential Needs (HEN). - Coordinated entry is a process developed to ensure that all people experiencing a housing crisis have fair and equal access and are quickly identified, assessed for, referred, and connected to housing and assistance based on their strengths and needs. - Diversion is a fast paced, short-term case management program that can assist the individual/household(s) with solving problems and barriers by utilizing the existing strengths and resources of the individual/household(s). We can assist with limited flexible funding, based on eligibility, in order to assist the individual/household with obtaining permanent housing which can include relocation and other activities that support obtaining permanent. - Housing and Essential Needs Grant Funds can only be used to support HEN eligible clients that qualify as homeless or at-risk of homelessness. Provides baby layettes, infant supplies, clothing, and household articles through a voucher. Assists with transportation, gas vouchers, school supplies, and emergency food when funding allows. Also provides financial assistance for rent and utilities, such as energy, water, sewer, garbage, and phone, when funding permits. Also operates a thrift store where donations are accepted.

Provides limited transportation assistance contingent on fund availability. Assistance may include local bus tokens or a one-time bus ticket.

Offers a variety of resources to help connect, provide, or work one-on-one to access services like transportation resources, employment, legal, and more.
