LGBTQ2S+ Legal Clinic offered by King County Bar Association Neighborhood Legal Clinics through QLAW
Hosts a free monthly legal clinic with a focus on LGBTQ issues; provides information in a variety of areas including family law, debt and bankruptcy, divorce/dissolution, employment discrimination, and transgender legal issues.
Hosts a legal clinic specifically designed to address the needs of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender individuals and couples. This clinic is run by QLaw Foundation in partnership with the King County Bar Association.
The clinic is open to everyone regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity.
At the clinic, an attorney will meet with clients for 30 minutes and provide individualized legal advice and information.

Assists veterans and their family with rental or utility deposit, education, medical bills, rent or mortgage, transportation, or utility bills. Must be below 150% of FPL and received an honorable discharge or under honorable conditions.
Provides timely emergency or crisis relief for eligible veterans and/or eligible family members. May be able to assist with
- Deposit: (Residence or Utilities) one time only
- Education: Tuition Assistance, books and equipment
- Medical / Dental / Optometry: Once per year 12-month period - two times total
- Rent or Mortgage: Once per year, no more than 2 consecutive times total
- Transportation reimbursement for travel to VA or other Medical Facilities and local bus tokens.
- Utilities including power, water, garbage, and propane with proof of shut off

Transportation Assistance

Services may include short-term case management, onsite primary care, access to medical, mental health, and substance abuse treatment, and access to VA housing programs, including Grant and Per Diem program, HUD/VASH, Veterans Recovery House and Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) if found eligible. These grants do not provide immediate assistance, are sometimes one-time, and may include case management. Help with finding market rate or subsidized housing or linkage to community housing programs. Advocacy offered by Disabled American Veterans' Washington Service Office
Advocates with the Veteran's Administration on behalf of veterans trying to receive benefits. Also assists veterans with disabilities in preparing claims for service connected compensation.
Provides a service officer who appears before the Veterans Administration rating board and assists the client in obtaining rightful benefits. Use of the officer can substantially minimize the time required for processing. Service officers also assist veterans with disabilities in preparing claims for service connected compensation, hospitalization, occupational training, education, insurance, or other benefits. No assistance is available for Social Security claims.
