Services may include: - comprehensive examinations, - oral cancer screenings, - x-rays, - adult and child cleanings, - non-surgical periodontal treatments, - sealants, - amalgam and composite fillings, - other preventative care, - and patient comfort techniques of laughing gas and local anesthetic. Does not provide emergency care, dentures, crowns or extractions. Dental hygiene students perform all services under the expert instruction and guidance of licensed, professional dental hygienists and dentists. Starts with a no-cost oral health assessment to determine if the person's oral health treatment needs may be provided in the dental hygiene clinic. Not all screened patients may meet the teaching needs of the dental hygiene students. Dental hygiene services may take several appointments. Each of these appointments can last up to four (4) hours in length. Patients accepted must be able to make this time commitment. Please note that the dental hygiene clinic is open only when the college is in session.

It is a competency based GED alternative and meets the requirements for a high school diploma for employment, financial aid applications, and admission to a community or technical college. Traditional GED prep classes and testing are also available. I-Best Allows students to increase literacy and work skills. Two instructors are in the classroom, toe to teach the professional/technical skills, and the other instructor teaches reading, writing, math or English language.
